 History

The Tillsonburg District Real Estate Board was incorporated on February 2nd, 1968 to provide an information exchange service for members.   Prior to incorporation the Board  was known as the Tri-County Real Estate Board which had its start in December, 1957.  Currently the Board serves 96 members in 14 offices and 1 branch office who provide real estate brokerage services to buyers and sellers of all types of property.  As Members of the Ontario Real Estate Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association our Members subscribe to a high standard of professional service and a strict code of ethics.

 Our Territory

The Members of the Tillsonburg District Real Estate Board service towns, villages and rural properties within  the tri-counties of Oxford, Norfolk and Elgin with a trading population area of 100,000.

 The  Board Office is located in the Town of Tillsonburg which has  a population of approximately 15,000.  Residents of the town of Tillsonburg enjoy a high quality of life, based on its people and their community spirit and the availability of quality housing at affordable prices.  Industries and businesses also benefit from Tillsonburg’s central location, good transportation network, high speed connectivity, low land costs, attractive lifestyle and very competitive tax assessment.
